The following enrollment procedures are to be followed once residency in the Willard City School District has been established:
* Custodial
parent or guardian must accompany student to be enrolled.
* If custody is an issue, copies of the custody papers are required. If
there are any questions regarding custody, parents should report to the
Superintendent's office prior to enrolling student. The Superintendent's
office is located at Willard Middle School.
* Bring birth certificate.
* Bring social security card.
* Bring copy of records from former school if at all possible.
